Rotisserie Weingrün

As the name implies, enjoy with us our simple and delicious dishes from the flaming wall grill - the rotisserie – such as a ½ Paderborn broiler chicken, a Brandenburg duck from monitored breeding, or a whole brook trout.
The wines from our own Horcher vineyard are the perfect match for our food. You will also find many other wonderful wines from Germany and Austria on our wine list ( English Wine List ). "Weingrün machen" (making green wine) means to avinieren a glass or a wooden barrel.
