Edson Hill

Edson Hill is a ski resort in Stowe, Vermont. It has two dining facilities for guests and locals to choose from: the Tavern and the Dining Room. The Tavern features creative and garden fresh cocktails that will sooth and refresh in the warmer months. The Dining Room at Edson Hill features a range of dinner options that blend the rustic with the elegant. Additionally, there is a beautifully appointed patio to dine on during the summer months with a breathtaking view of the Worcester Mountain range, the pond and horse barn.
Edson Hill's menu includes a range of dishes that reflect the seasonal nature of Vermont cuisine. There are snacks such as a Vermont Chef's Cheese and charcuterie board and fried feta filled olives, small plates like pork belly with blueberries and snap pea slaw. Big Plates such as Halibut with a tomato saffron fumet and Almond Crusted Lamb with pea, mint and lemon artichoke couscous.
