The Marble West Inn highlights the abundance of the Taconic Mountain Valley. There are no set menus at The Marble West Inn. Instead, guests are offered a multi-course experience featuring the best offerings from our gardens, our partner farms, local markets and purveyors.
Our intimate dining room is open to the public, seats 16 people, and offers prix fixe dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings, by reservation. Breakfast is included for guests of the Inn, and is open to the public also, by reservation. For parties of 8 and larger, please call the Inn: 1.802.867.0400
