Set against a minimalist contemporary décor in shades of orange, white, yellow and black, eighty20 Bistro offers a Nouveau Caribbean menu for lunch and dinner, developed by Executive Chef Elvin Rosado, coach of the award-winning Puerto Rico National Culinary Team. Among the favorites:  Puerto Rican Style Lobster Turnovers with Romesco Sauce; Avocado-Mango Egg Rolls with Spicy Tamarind Chutney; and Sashimi-Grade Red Snapper Fillet with Coconut Crab Rice and Cilantro Lemon Compound Butter, among others.  In addition, a selection of wines from the Di Vino Wine & Tapas wine list is available on request to pair with your meal. Monday to Friday, the restaurant offers a daily lunch special with featured dishes for only $9.99including unlimited soda. Available from 12  noon to 3pm.
