An homage to all things grilled, roasted, shucked, and seared, Andiron Steak & Sea is a new neighborhood steakhouse from Las Vegas restaurateurs Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau that celebrates the elegant contrast of the classic with the contemporary in a bright and inviting space.

Andiron offers guests an inventive menu built around a core of steakhouse staples accentuated with a variety of thoughtful side dishes, creative appetizers, sustainable seafood, and vegetarian items. The food is complemented by a robust and diverse wine list committed to providing an approachable selection that balances esoteric American red with old world classics California reds with exciting labels from smaller domestic producers and emerging markets.

The room, designed by Thomas Schlesser of New York’s Design Beurox envelopes guests in a bright and inviting counterpoint to the traditional steakhouse; balancing the raw with the refined.
