Glashaus Restaurant has always impressed guests with its sensational views over the Rhine, Hohenzollern Bridge and Cologne Cathedral. Following the recent renovation this venue is a place where people choose to linger not only for the views. Open bookshelves are lit warmly with clip-on lights, acting as partitions while two chef’s tables create the ideal venue for a comfortable get-together in a private atmosphere for up to 12 people each. Thanks to its flexible construction, one of the chef’s tables can be used as a live cooking station during breakfast. The combination of dining and cocktail tables also gives Glashaus a whole new charisma, with a five-metre-high glass curtain adoring the restaurant.
