Traditional Italian flavors fill the airy, modern space of Colletta at Avalon. The restaurant promises excellence from its kitchen, featuring a wood-fire pizza oven, grills and rotisseries. A craft cocktail program showcases Italian classics such as Negroni , Amaro and house made Italian sodas. Rustic entrees, pastas, house-cured meats and wood-fire pizzas fill the restaurant’s menu which changes seasonally. In addition to the a la carte menu, a 4 course family-style menu created by chef Jason Stern allows guests to enjoy the full spectrum of Colletta’s cuisine and Italian dining customs.
