Atkins Park Tavern - Virginia Highlands

It is with great pride that we share our name with the origional community developed in 1910. In fact, one of the first homes erected that year is presently the second story of Atkins Park. It was in 1922 that the origional home was elevated and Atkins Park Deli built underneath. Atkins Park enjoys a colorful history as an integral part of the neighborhood and is presently the oldest continually licensed tavern in Atlanta. Atkins Park is committed to the growth of the Virginia Highland neighborhood while still striving to preserve and strengthen its warm neighborhood feel.
