From Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, Ormer Mayfair runs alongside his current Jersey restaurant. Nearly all produce is sourced from Jersey, including fresh lobster, crabs, hand-dived scallops, Jersey royals and hand-picked shoreline foraged herbs. Awash with 1920s glamour, the Art Deco-inspired interior features leather banquette seating, dark wooden panelling and glass tiles.
