COYA is a vibrant restaurant and pisco bar, bringing the spirit of Latin America to the heart of the capital. Peruvian cuisine is central to the menu, with authentic recipes given a modern touch. With murals on the walls and brightly coloured furnishings, the venue is as bright and eclectic as the menu.
