From Jason Atherton, Sosharu in Clerkenwell is a Japanese izakaya-style restaurant and bar. Created in collaboration with executive head chef Alex Craciun, British seasonal ingredients are used to create a menu of casual yet refined Japanese dishes. Reminiscent of night-time Tokyo, the downstairs cocktail bar 7 Tales serves cocktails inspired by Japanese culture and philosophies.
