The highlight of Bellpepper restaurant at Hyatt Regency Mainz hotel is the open show kitchen, which gives an insight into the food preparation and the staff at work. Our restaurant’s focus is on fresh and regional ingredients, which are used in exquisite international dishes. Newly renovated in 2012, the modern and elegant interior design invites to relax and enjoy good food. For smaller festivities or a dinner in a private atmosphere for up to 18 persons, the separate wine boutique in the restaurant is at guest`s disposal.
