Bill’s exploded into the New York burger scene in 2009 with its original Meatpacking District location, becoming an instant hit with both burger junkies and locals alike. In 2010, Bill’s Bar & Burger Rockefeller Center opened with 400 seats, making it the biggest standalone burger joint in the country.
