Chae: Modern Korean

Korean cuisine has finally found its way into the world's best restaurants, from kimchi to marinades, spices to different pickling techniques, to the history of our "national treasure" Soju. At Chae, Modern Korean means a few things. Half of our dishes embrace traditional Korean cuisine, but are prepared with modern techniques. The other half of our dishes reflect the versatility of Korean ingredients and spices when combined with other fare from around the world. Traditional Korean culture and its cuisine have always been about a sense of family, and sharing a meal with your neighbor; we just put a little spin on it.
