Marlene's Chef Jacob Demars steps into the Des Moines spotlight offering one of a kind dishes with eclectic colors and enticing flavors. He was part of an excellent team of Chef's from 2 Michelin star restaurants in the Windy City. He created a Vegan dish with roasted sun choke, Radish and Rye puree. There are vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu. The menu will change with the Season.
