As mariners towns, seafood is prevalent and many traditions can be enjoyed. Pesto, a condiment made of primarily fresh basil, is the flagship of tradition in the region. At Cinque Terre Ristorante, we make our pesto every day from the freshest and best quality ingredients. Other tradtional and always on the menu foods include Muscoli (mussels), Polpo (octopus), Gamberi (shrimp), and a variety of seasonal seafood and artisans pizzas and pastas.
