Since 1998, la Spiga has been renowned for its authentic, northern Italian cuisine -- a gastronomic tribute to Italy's Emilia-Romagna region. La Spiga's chef and co-founder, Sabrina Tinsley, prepares all items from scratch, using whole foods and house-made stocks. You will never find artificial or chemical food enhancers in our kitchen…ever. What you will find is the highest quality olive oil, delectable cheeses and cured meats, seasonal vegetables, flavorful sauces, handmade pastas and more. We believe in local, organic, and sustainable, and our meats are hormone and antibiotic free. We also offer several vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free items to those with dietary restrictions.
