The restaurant includes an oyster bar, bright & lively dining room, casual brew deck and the private mezzanine, alongside an expanded fermentation cellar. Led by Chef Gabe Spiel, the Tankard & Tun culinary team celebrates the natural bounty of our local farms, forests, and oceans.
