With a desire to feature the seasonal bounty of some of Virginia’s finest independent farms; Timbercreek Farm owner, Sara Miller, and chef Tucker Yoder collaborated to open BACK 40 at Timbercreek Market in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Timbercreek Farm is focused on raising animals in their natural environment and maintaining a farm that is pesticide and herbicide free. Chef Yoder enjoys the challenge of creating exceptional menus featuring only local ingredients. He and his staff work to achieve a zero waste food policy. This creative collaboration of producer and chef is focused on providing delicious meals carefully crafted from quality, locally grown food providers.
