Temper Covent Garden specialise in corn tacos, in-house butchered meats, day boat fish and barbecued meats served with flatbread. Almost everything on the menu is cooked on the wood-fired oven in the middle of the restaurant, whilst a huge list of wines and cocktails is served from the central bar.
