Overseen by the renowned bar manager Giuliano Morandin and his topnotch team, the striking, curved Bar at The Dorchester pours first-class champagnes, a range of wines and carefully selected spirits. Diners can also choose to graze on an Italian bar menu offering everything from bar snacks to classic dishes throughout the day, including linguine ai frutti di mare, burrata e pomodori ‘varietà antica’ and a sumptuous tiramisù. With over 37 years of experience as the bar manager, Morandin is a legend in the industry, providing his expertise alongside the skills of his team to create artfully presented cocktail that are bursting with flavour. On the cocktail list, guests will also find recipes from the famed mixologist, Harry Craddock, who is known dominating the British cocktail scene and was The Dorchester's original head bartender when the bar opened in the 1930s.
