Influenced by the Spanish and Italian trend for cooking over charcoal and wood, Ember Yard is the 4th restaurant from the Salt Yard Group. The bespoke Basque grill is custom built, and runs off sustainable charcoal and wood sourced from nearby Kent. The finest seasonal produce is used to create amazing artisan dishes served with twists from Spain and Italy. A beautiful 2-storey restaurant in the heart of Soho, Ember Yard boasts an open-plan kitchen and cosy basement bar, which plays host to some amazing Ember-themed cocktails. The same menu of signature dishes is available throughout Ember Yard, so can be enjoyed in either setting.
