Located in Chelsea, Myrtle Restaurant offers modern European cooking with an Irish influence using the finest Irish produce in a relaxed dining atmosphere, with the place lit by a combination of skylights and beautiful pendant lamps. You can expect likes of slow-confit Goatsbridge trout with cauliflower and capers, a saddle of lamb with pressed hotpot and carrot puree or buttermilk panna cotta with rhubarb jelly and cinnamon doughnuts. Hailing from Tallaght in Dublin, Head Chef and owner Anna Haugh has been cooking professionally for almost 20 years, including working for celebrated chefs Philip Howard, Shane Osborne and Gordon Ramsay.
