SKÅL Nordic Dining

An upmarket Scandinavian restaurant, SKÅL Nordic Dining serves authentic fare in a stylish, contemporary setting. An authentic yet eclectic selection fills the menu at SKÅL. These include signature starters of gravad lax, hovmästarsås, pickled cucumber and wasabi, or crispy ‘kroppkakor’, wild mushrooms, västerbotten cheese and cloudberry vinaigrette. For traditional mains try Birch salmon, hot smoked in-house with pickled beetroot, dill and Swedish mustard, or venison meatballs, wild mushrooms, game sauce lingonberries and pickled cucumber. Round things off nicely with SKÅL’s famous Swedish rice pudding with brandy-soaked cloudberries cinnamon, honey and toasted almonds, or sticky chocolate cake ‘kladdkaka’ with skyr, orange and liquorice.
