An urban neighbourhood eatery, OXBO Bankside showcases the local area's multicultural influences, using locally sourced artisan meats, fish, herbs and vegetables to create an eclectic menu. Sample dishes include beef tartar with Asian spices, chargrilled Gloucestershire 'Bull's head' steak and New Haven hake with mussel cider cream. The design of the restaurant reflects the history and vibe of the local area. Exposed metal screens, metro tiles and bespoke joinery have been designed to reflect the gritty, urban landscape. Furnishings are softened with rich fabrics - inspired by William Morris - to create a style-led space for a relaxing yet stimulating dining experience.
