Bar Frenchman is an upscale French bistro located in the historic Royal York Auction Gallery building on Baum Boulevard. Serving a selection of traditionally inspired dishes from different regions, Bar Frenchman brings these favorites to life with precision.
Our bar features cocktails with inspiration from our modern kitchen with a focus on presentation. Classics will be re-imagined with new ingredients and techniques. Bar Frenchman's wine list includes a look into many French regions, both by the glass and by the bottle. The selections focus on individual growers and estates producing terroir driven wines.
