The Cask Taphouse and Grill was founded in 2016 by the Reehl, Hanko and DeMaria families who desired to create a restaurant with a warm and inviting environment where friends can gather to enjoy well-crafted American food and good drinks. The concept is a casual yet energizing space where good food and drink is served.
Executive Chef Erin Chadwick presents a menu of unique American fare utilizing local seasonal products. Erin is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY and has extensive experience in French, Creole and American cuisine.
