A vegetarian restaurant, free from all veggie clichés. There are no dogmas here, rather a relaxed casualness. This starts with the interior: washed, white concrete pillars, benches with a raspberry fabric (wonderfully comfortable), warm light and the highlight: an open kitchen, which gives the guests a view over the shoulder of the cooks.
Chef Stephan Henschel is known throughout Germany for his outstanding vegetarian creations. “No hocus-pocus, we already have enough of that anyway. My creations are absolutely unorthodox, honest and worthy of the peculiar taste of the vegetables and wild herbs.“
