In the Casual All Day Dining area, designer Patricia Urquiola has grouped cozy armchairs and sofas with a bastion of pillows around the tables. This part of the restaurant, with graphic rug patterns and distinct forms, not only establishes her relaxed style, but also her culinary approach, without sacrificing flair.
On offering are the best of mountain and sea: dishes like rice with Almargo eggplant, smoked filet of Iberian ham, or monkfish with baby squid and pumpkin.
“Our goal is not to reinvent the wheel, rather to produce high quality experience with first-class techniques, bringing casual dining to its highest point. This creates luxury eating in casual dining,” explains Pérez.
