BirraCibo

“Birra” and “Cibo” translated from Italian, means “beer” and “meal” respectively. We honor that namesake by showcasing the best regional craft beers, a diverse wine offering, as well as a menu specializing in Neapolitan, artisanal pizzas, utilizing the finest ingredients sourced locally and imported. Recipes are simple and feature the highest quality ingredients available, like San Marzano tomatoes and Caputo flour from Italy, as well as cheeses and meats from Louisville and central Kentucky.

The concept was created in partnership with Junior Bridgeman & The Cordish Companies. It features the Pranzo room that seats up to 30, perfect for business meetings and special occasions, and the Partito Room, for events up to 100 guests for a variety of functions. The main dining room opens to beautifully appointed patio for al fresco dining nearly year-round. Birracibo brings a dining and social sophistication to downtown.
