ANT. IS A WEEKLY DINNER EVENT TAKING PLACE AT WOODSPOON RESTAURANT, IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, EVERY MONDAY NIGHT.

Locally sourced, organic and wild, ingredients will drive the menu for a cuisine that wants to live in synchrony with nature.

A discovery tasting menu will showcase all the ideas, flavors and looks developed during the week in our kitchen but the possibility of picking only some dishes from the menu makes space for a simpler and quicker experience.

A progressive selection of natural and less known wines will participate in the same synchrony.
