The first time we tasted our namesake Chianina steak, we fell in love. It’s nearly impossible to find outside Italy, so we decided to raise Chianina cattle ourselves. It’s the best steak you’ll ever have, and this is one of the only restaurants in the country where you’ll find it. We believe good food and good experiences are meant to be shared. It’s in this spirit that we serve our bisetecca alla fiorentina—to be shared among friends.
