We are committed to buying sustainable fish, meats, cheese and produce, as well as purchasing local and organic whenever possible.
We use the freshest, highest quality products we can get our hands on - its our intention to showcase the immense bounty of this wonderful area that we live in. Northern California is chalkful of farms, vineyards, oceans, ranches that are like nowhere else! We've chosen to support local farmers -- as well as local craft brewers and feature wines from California exclusively. We have such a rich wealth of natural resources here in California, we want to celebrate that. We hope that you share our vision and come visit soon.
