Since 2012, Chibiscus has done more than refine an old tradition: We've started a new one. Guided by an international palate, we fuse unique cooking techniques from around the world to create interesting flavors and textures in our Ramen without MSG. Chibiscus makes everything in small batches from our shops in L.A and Pasadena. To achieve optimal flavor, our broth is cooked from scratch for at least 20 hours, making everything we serve worth your patience. Re-inventing Ramen was our starting point, now we are ready to bring out all the things we love to share with you.
