Natas Pastries, LA's Portuguese Restaurant & Cafe

The extensive menu consists of all the traditions of Portuguese culture and flavors highlighting various regions of this country cuisine. Based on regional produce, emphasizing fish, meat, olive oil, tomatoes, and spices, it features hearty soups, homemade bread and cheeses, as well as unexpected combinations of meat and shellfish. Portuguese food is simple ingredients impeccably prepared. Natas Pastries Restaurant & Cafe opened it's doors in 2005 expanding later in 2010 by adding a full service restaurant offering all day breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers a large variety of all American breakfast items from omelets, pancakes, waffles and delicious French toasts made with Portuguese sweet bread. At lunch you might want to try the Caldo Verde, a classic kale soup, or any of the many salads or sandwiches & panini and sip on Vinho Verde glass of wine. At dinner try the ChouriÇo sausage, flambéed at the table and finish with the a Bacalhau dish, but always leave room for dessert!
