The Bellwether is the debut restaurant and bar from Executive Chef/Owner Ted Hopson and Beverage Director/ Owner Ann-Marie Verdi. The market-inspired menu aims to capitalize on the abundance of California produce and relationships with local purveyors in order to showcase a one-of-a-kind menu that features family-style shareable dishes. Cocktails continue the seasonally-focused theme with an emphasis on unique infusions that provide an unexpected twist on familiar flavors.
