Led by certified Master Pizzaiolo and VP of Culinary, Dino Santonicola, Cane Rosso creates an authentic Italian dining experience using the highest quality ingredients available. From handmade dough and mozzarella made in-house daily for our Neapolitan pizzas, to fresh pasta, and unique takes on traditional Italian dishes, everyone is certain to find something they enjoy.
