Located on the 23rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, Twist is Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire’s only restaurant in the United States. We will be closed for our winter closure from December 18-26. We will be open Sunday, December 17.
Join us for dinner and enjoy modern French cuisine in an elegant and comfortable setting, with tables offering great views of Las Vegas and the action in our kitchen. In addition, we have a private room available for your special occasion, with 20 ft high windows and a table that can accommodate up to 14 guests.
