Bodegón, meaning home cooking restaurant, is a rustic and refined experience that focuses on the cuisine of Spain. Located within the historic Hotel Madrid building, Bodegón specialties include Suckling Pig, Veal Chops, and Dry-Aged Steaks.
The beverage program is comprised of one of the most select wine cellars in the city, a list of vermouths from around the world, craft beers, and cocktails focused on what was found in the most prestigious hotels of Spain in the 1930's.
Bodegón is open for dinner 7 nights a week.
