il Giallo (pronounced il-JAH-lo) is a partnership between Chef Jamie Adams and Leonardo Moura and their goal is to transport you to a little piece of Italy.
While il Giallo means both “Yellow” and “Mystery” in Italian, yellow, the color of the yolk, the sun and the grains, it represents il Giallo’s wholesomeness; the ingredients used will be responsibly sourced, fresh and flavorful. Mystery represents the new, different and exciting flavors and aromas found throughout the constantly evolving il Giallo menu.
We strive to accurately represent the foods and flavors found in the towns and villages along Italy’s Coastal regions, the freshest imaginable hand-made pastas found in the mountains and plains and lest we for forget, the bounty of cured meats, cheeses and olive oils from north to south.
We want to become an extension of your home by providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere where you will want to spend time with friends and family.
