Peach & The Porkchop has been a dream of Chuck and Alyssa’s for many years. The name came about 18 years ago when Chuck, who was born and raised in Pittsburgh, met Alyssa’s parents, true Southerners, for the first time. At the time Chuck was the Owner/Operator of Dootlittle’s 19th Hole in Vail, Colorado. Alyssa’s father Fred said to the two of them, “If you ever open a restaurant together, you should name it Peach and The Porkchop.”
