Sister of 2 Michelin-starred Aquavit in New York City, Michelin-starred Aquavit London blends exquisite Nordic cuisine and trademark Scandinavian design. Overseen by Executive Chef Henrik Ritzén, the menu centres round the Scandi traditions of seafood and meat, pastry and breadmaking, and a plethora of namesake aquavit cocktails are served at the bar. The immaculately finished Aquavit dining room comes courtesy of Martin Brudnizki, offsetting natural wood panels and marble with coloured leather, and wall-mounted textiles.
