We wanted to create a neighborhood restaurant that reminds you of the 'old country': our menu is based on simple Sicilian recipes where the taste and quality stands for what we believe in. Chef Josh frequented the local bustling food market in Palermo then worked side by side with Chef Vincenzo to create the traditional Sicilian dishes. In Taormina, not far from Mt. Edna, Josh learned true Sicilian cooking from true Sicilians. Chef Josh became vehemently passionate about using natural ingredients to create delicious and delicate cuisine.
