TRIA - An American Brasserie offers inspired cuisine uniquely prepared and presented in a casual and engaging atmosphere. The seasonal American menu highlights local and sustainable foods. Specialties include the Henry Burger with farm egg and crisp pancetta and the "Chef's Daily Chalkboard" featuring seasonal Michigan ingredients . More than 12 items on the menu are Gluten Free!
TRIA also features a rotation of barrel-aged cocktails created by a special aging process to enhance flavors of cocktails using tequila, vodka, whiskey, rum and gin. To celebrate the grape and our award winning wine list, TRIA has assembled more than 35 wines by the glass available in four sizes, including an 8 oz quartino meant for sharing.
