Marfil BISTRO: Opens for lunch and dinner and we offer an à la carte, where you can find a merger of the traditional modern kitchen, and molecular, with a selection of dishes recommended by our creative Chefs, of which you recommend you try the “Lamb Parrillada”, where you can enjoy the lamb in different presentations (cutlet, T-bone and homemade chorizos), cooked until desired doneness, on a grill we will take to your table and accompanied with mint chimichurri, mashed potatoes and black garlic. You also cannot miss trying the “Duck Breast Magret” prepared in a wine reduction with mashed potatoes, Mascarpone salad and Microgreens, and don’t forget a nice bottle of wine from our extensive wine cellar that will highlight all the flavors of your food. For dessert, we suggest "La Bola", a large sphere of chocolate, flamed until its chocolate soufflé and vanilla ice cream is discovered, we are sure this will complement your wonderful experience.
