Coyote Cafe continues to be Santa Fe's ICONIC restaurant, established in 1987, Coyote Café is recognized as the restaurant that brought modern southwestern cuisine to the country.
Must-have dishes include Foie Gras & Diver Scallop, Futomaki Caesar Salad and the legendary 24-ounce "Cowboy Cut" Ribeye, a nod to our Southwestern legacy. Contemporary favorites also include Peppery Elk Tenderloin, Mesquite Grilled Lobster Tails, Hawaiian Tuna Poke and of course, Green Chile Mac 'n Cheese.
An Award Winning Wine List - with hard to find selections like Sine Qua Non - is complemented by a full bar which includes unique signature cocktails.
