All of our produce is sourced daily from the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market with any poultry, meat, or fish brought in from free roaming, grass fed, or wild caught farms. Our menu, tailored made by Executive Chef Estevan Garcia, is traditional Northern New Mexican cuisine tastefully altered with a French twist, honoring tradition while embracing innovation.
