Zohara Mediterranean Kitchen

Zohara is an innovative restaurant with a warm and welcoming approach to the dining culture inspired by modern Mediterranean food as a grand mosaic, drawing influence from North Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Turkey and Greece. The food represents a region rich in diversity of cuisine and culture, inspired by years of tradition while also looking to its contemporary future. The menu at Zohara reflects the ongoing evolution of Mediterranean food, while celebrating the abundance of Connecticut’s local farms. In keeping with the spirit of all of the DORO Restaurants, Zohara will use seasonal, responsibly- and locally-sourced ingredients. Many of the dishes on the diverse menu are meant to be shared.
