Come experience a unique dining experience on the Green Uptown Charlotte at Brazz Carvery and Brazilian Steakhouse.
At lunch we are a Carvery which features our carving station with three succulent roasts, 10 different salads, a soup station, and hot sides a dessert.
If you’re not familiar with Brazilian Steakhouses we offer the Rodizio dinner where succulent grilled meats are carved table side straight from our grill on a 2 foot skewer, we serve unlimited cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb. Grilled meats including items such as filet, top sirloin, pork loin and pork ribs alongside a gourmet salad bar and hot bar and soup station set up buffet style. Our gourmet salad bar includes items such as smoked salmon, bleu cheese tray, antipasto platter and many other items. Our hot bar includes sides to go along with our signature offerings. There’s always something for everyone!
