Information
The New Cooking School of Aspen is a 3000 sf space with a state of the art demonstration kitchen right in the heart of it. The CSA will be a multi-use facility that falls into three types of categories. Classes – Events – Private Parties.
We have Hands-on Classes, where you get your hands dirty with the chef and help prepare the meal. We also offer Demonstration Classes normally scheduled during meal periods where you can watch as the chef prepares your meal. Either class is an unforgettable experience that will have you wanting to come back for more.
Secondly we host regular special events like, weekly “Farm to Table” dinners in the summer time, or the occasional over the top “Pop Up” restaurant theme nights with chefs that are flown in from around the world.
Finally, The Cooking School of Aspen is an event venue that we rent out for private parties from 2 to 120 people. With our award winning staff, we can host anything from Private Cooking Classes to
